A=aluminium ladder

Ladders are a provisional structure that is used to support workers, who are making modifications, ideal for maintenance, cleaning & installation work or where short term access is required with safety. Aluminium ladders are very easy for a single person to transport, set up and take down.

  • Sizes: 3m & 4m & 5m & 6m
ladder beam

Ladder Beams provide an access opening within scaffolding set ups to allow for material handling on site.

  • Pipe: 48.3
  • Thickness: 3mm to 4mm
  • Sizes: 2m & 3m & 4m & 5m & 6m
  • Painted and Galvanized
Base Plate

Used in conjunction with the universal jack. It is essential in offering a solid foundation to the components of scaffolding. This accessory is designed to offer a platform onto which the standards are rooted to ensure that the load of the structure is transferred and evenly distributed towards the base, thereby enhancing its stability.

Fork Head

It is used with other types of modular scaffolding systems to support various sizes of timber batten. Holds H20 or aluminum beam securely in place.

  • Pipe OD: 38mm
  • Thickness: 4mm
  • Sizes: 170 x 150 x 6mm x 660mm or 760mm & 200 x 186 x 6mm x 660 or 760mm
    760mm – 660mm
Adjustable U-Head Jack

The U JACK / Adjustable stirrup head is used at the top of the cup lock standard (Vertical) to provide an additional maximum adjustment of length up to 300 – 600 mm. Designed to be used in conjunction with an adjustable system. Holds H20 or aluminum beam securely in place

  • Pipe OD: 38mm
  • Thickness: 4mm
  • Sizes: 170 x 150 x 6mm x 660mm or 760mm & 200 x 186 x 6mm x 660 or 760mm
    760mm – 660mm
Universal Jack

The adjustable jack provides a method of adjustment which can be used at either the top or bottom of a scaffold support structure. It is used in conjunction with Forkheads and adaptors and can accept the full loading capability of Cuplock Sysytem when fully braced.

  • Pipe OD: 38mm
  • Thickness: 4mm
  • Length: 760mm – 660mm
Cuplock Intermediate Transoms

Intermediate transoms are used for extra board support when a lift is to be boarded over as a working platform. The intermediate transoms are usually laid across ledgers in the centre of each bay, fixed with putlog couplers.

Cuplock scaffolding system is a proven heavy duty support system which is lightweight and easy to assemble. The outer diameter of the pipe is 48.3 mm and the thickness of the pipe varies from 3 mm to 4 mm as per customer requests.
Different sizes: 0.6m & 0.9m & 1.0m & 1.20m & 1.30m & 1.60m & 1.80m & 2.50m are used to support for scaffolding board by spanning between the inner and outer ledgers.

  • Manufactured from 48.3mm pipe
  • Thickness from 3mm to 4mm
  • Painted and Galvanized

Cuplock-Ledger

Longitudinal horizontal component, Ledgers are used to connect the vertical component ‘Standard’ to spread the load bearing down on the system. Connections are possible at 0.5m vertical intervals which vary depending on the bearing load.

Cuplock scaffolding system is a proven heavy duty support system which is lightweight and easy to assemble, used as the main horizontal connection between Standards.

  • Different sizes: 0.6m & 0.9m & 1m & 1.2m & 1.30m & 1.60m & 1.80m & 2.50m are used as the main Horizontal Connecting Between Standard

vertical-standards

The vertical component, Standard, are available in 9 standard sizes with “joint cups” every 0.5m vertical interval to connect the horizontral element, Ledger. The top cups are steel casting to allow the rigors of daily use. The bottom cups are high-grade pressed steel.

We offer these either in the color of your choice or Galvanized.
